Millennials make up twenty-five percent of the vote according to an analysis of US census data from the Pew Research Center. That said, Millennials will play a significant role in politics in the years to come, and yet, the Millennial generation is not as interested in organized politics as past generations. According to the Pew Research Center, the majority of Millennials view themselves as politically independent and have the highest levels of dissatisfaction for any generation in a quarter-century when it comes to religion and politics.
